    I have sold many of these cases and my customers are very happy with them. In fact, I have never had a complaint. They are well made of leather and are very sturdy. For the price they are a good value. However, if you are unhappy with it you may return it for a full refund. I wish you had contacted me to let me know it arrived with damage. The item was insured. I inspect every item before it is shipped. There was no scratch on it when it was placed in the mailer.
