I purchased a new battery and turned it on, but unfortunately, the system did not turn on. It was an utterly defective product.

This was a brand new, sealed item that the buyer said was defective. I asked the buyer to return the item for a refund, but they said they had "scrapped" the item and wouldn't be returning it. I will not give refunds on brand new items without it being returned.
