This item was bought to replace a similar TP-Link device, with which I have security concerns. I'm not sure I would buy it again though. It's physically larger, which means there's sometimes no room to plug it in (and you're not supposed to use a powerstrip). Also it can't learn the Wifi SSID and password and act as an extender.
