I saw the piece of American history and it caught my eye. It said buy now or best offer. Fair to the seller, I put a high bid in close to asking price. He replied, I will think about it and shortly later he refused my bid. Instead of stressing out over it, I decided to pay full price. Please don’t say best price if you don’t mean it.
