The item itself is fine however the purchase process not so much. After checking that shipping was free/included to my post code I was surprised to get a message a couple of days after ordering stating that due to size/weight it would cost another £35 to have the item shipped. As I needed the part quickly I agreed as this was quicker than reordering from another vendor and I needed the part ASAP. Sellers need to get their act together, if you advertise free shipping then deliver free shipping.
