Please stop shipping through eBay international. It took way too long to get my item and because they shipped through DHL it forces you to pay duty. The eBay international tracking experiences absolutely terrible and doesn’t provide you with up-to-date tracking once they transfer carriers if you ship through USPS I would’ve gotten the item within a week or two at most, and I wouldn’t have to pay duty.

They sent a different set of frames than the 1 I ordered. When I advised them that they had done this, they told me I can return and reorder. You would think a company messing up would at least offer to give a small percentage off for their mess up. After all, It’s on the customer to drive to the post office and waste their time standing on a line to return something they didn’t order in the first place.
