Arrived quickly and in good order, but slightly disappointed that it was new old stock, not new as stated. Foam was rotten, and plastic of body brittle, and the clear shield broke away and now cannot protect the stylus.

So why didn't you tell me - a replacement would have been sent straight away - I can only fix a problem if I know about it -!! You now have a faulty product and have been blocked from all 12 of my stores.
