Well eBay said that it would fit my 2000 BMW 328i but the door lock was not a fit. I would have been better off just ordering a new rebuild kit instead of the whole locking mechanism. The internal shaft was too long and the exterior was too short making it to where I couldn't reinstall the lock cover. I ended up having to take both of them apart and using parts of both to rebuild a working door lock. I reckon it's a good thing that I'm mechanically inclined enough to have done so.

I received the lock cylinder to find that I had to take apart my original cylinder because the shaft was to long and it binded up when I installed it and the key wouldn't turn at all you may want to check it out for future customer's so they don't experience the same problem thank you.
