    I ordered this on September 4th, when it didn’t ship on the 9th I messaged the seller and got an automated message saying they wouldn’t be back until 10/10/24. The seller got back to me on the 17th, told me that they wouldn’t be able to ship it until November, and asked if I’d want to wait and they’d pay for the shipping or if I’d want a full refund. I asked for a full refund, but it took them until today to issue it. This is neutral because I’m evidently the exception not the rule.
