Unfortunately, the product was damaged during shipping. The seller had okay communication, but they were only willing to provide a discount of $2.5, which seems insufficient considering the total order amount of over $140.

I sent 3 different partial refunds for the buyer's orders because they kept asking me to do so. I'm not sure why they're only including the 2 dollar refund they received in their feedback. I've refunded them almost 80 bucks in total just for a small fold on one of the corners of a Vinyl sleeve. I did everything I possibly could to please this buyer but it seems that they just wanted to get freebies from me
