I assembled the MB into my tower case, with a 450 watt ATXEPS Power Supply(PSU), a VGA monitor, and an SSD with Windows 10. The LED's, that indicate the progress of the POST functions., only the CPU LED lit correctly. The VGA LED stayed lit, indicating POST failure. I sent this information to the seller, but no reply yet. The MB does not work.
