I am trying a Mediterranean/Keto/Diabetic Exchange/DASH diet combo to help control my diabetes and allergies to certain foods. I need a food grinder but will get it from another person or company. The box was a little dented but still usable. I think the shipping was too high and it was slow to get to me. Of course, when your caring for yourself is halted, anytime is too long.
