I don't know who's responsible the business or an employee but I would bet on the business. Godless business. They sent me a used part advertised as new with scratches and other sings of wear such as mounting clip scratches. Those scratches are made only if the part has already been used. Shame on them again. Tried to contact them to send them the video when I received the package (I always film what I receive) and some bored employee didn't even care. (Why would he??) Don't buy from these ppl
