The yelling head had some kind of papering glued to the side of it. Nothing at all mentioned of it in the description. You can tell the figure was removed because the plastic ties were removed. I tried to pick it off. It just took plastic with it, damaging the head.

I never removed this item from the box. I had no idea about any defects or anything. This is how it was packaged in the New Gen box when it arrived from Mattel Creations. Check my 100% feedback to know how consistent I am.
