Il cliente per esercitare il diritto di recesso deve:

A) inviare, entro il termine di 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di sottoscrizione della nota d’ordine o dalla data di ricevimento della merce, al venditore, comunicazione scritta del recesso a mezzo lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento. B) spedire al venditore, utilizzando un vettore a sua scelta ed a sue esclusive spese, entro dieci giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce, il/i prodotto/i acquistato/i, opportunamente protetti e imballati nelle confezioni originali, corredati da tutti gli eventuali accessori, documentazione e manuali d’uso.
