1 item was in pristine condition and was inside the original packaging. The other one however wasnt inside the box,but “part of the box” ( back part) was sent with it! Upon inspection i realized the product settled on the cover not in the actual container.. so the goo looked liked puddle that needed to be scooped back to the container. One word : messy
The items should have been examined prior to mailing as it did not live up to the advertised “new” condition.
