There was a bit of back and forth regarding the actual item I ordered. Initially, the wrap was out of stock, then it was received, then that particular wrap was not in the actual order they received so I ended up getting another colored wrap which is fine but none of this info was provided until I reached out 14 days after i put in the order so I wonder how long it would of taken before someone reached out to me. The product itself is pretty awesome amd sounds amazing so, in the end all good!
