Obviously sent from China and now everything from China goes via Royal mail with a fair chance of going missing? OR via Hermes with a 99% chance of going missing? Took 3 weeks to reach the UK and MY HERMES took 3 days to lose it?! Supposedly nobody was home?? Oh really??
