Was just a simple enquiry that got ignored. Happy with the item but communication from them and also Evri who said they'd advise when delivered to pickup point was no existent . Could be a 5 star review apart from these gripes. I'm happy to admit I may have remembered the wrong del date but to have zero reply is the issue. They could have told when it was coming & I'd have been ok.
