I don’t remember if they were described that way. It clearly shows spots all over the flatware, yet she bought, paid, and then left neutral feedback. If she would have given me a chance, I will have accepted return to make her happy and make this right. But she leaves a lot of bad feedback so I should have known to expect to get one also. Messaged buyer to ask why she didn't let me know of issue. Sadly sellers try hard then have to deal with buyers like this.
