It protects all of my audio components from excessive heat, and is really handsome, to boot. Easy to assemble. No tools required. It’s a very strong half-rack system. I’ve tried other units and did not match up. One note about the photo. I assembled it upside down to give enough room to fit under my lamp. The spikes fit over rubber damper pads why I didn’t need.
