Swift dispatch, item arrived in good condition. Thank you for a free sample too! One thing - Yodel is a problematic in my area, and a few deliveries were sent back in the past (without me receiving) as the driver would not even ring the bell or leave a card (even when the tracking says they did), telling me to go collect at their depot 20 miles away, which I refuse to do. Could we have an option to use other couriers or Royal Mail in the future?

Your parcel may have been delivered via letterbox so we don't understand why this was such a problem for Yodel ☹️ We send 99% of our parcels via Royal Mail but we also use different couriers for a few products to reduce postage costs.
