Item seems fine. Packaging was beat up. Not sure if that happened in transit or not. Shipping time was terrible. I bought the insoles May 19, received notice a shipping label had been created May 20. Then they were never shipped. I contacted the seller who got right back to me and said I should open a complaint with eBay if they didn’t move in 3 business days. I did. I requested a refund because by then I had to buy another pair elsewhere this took so long. No refund. insoles arrived June 13. :(
