    Completely inaccurate. Not only did we send item we shipped you TWO. Soon as you said it hadn’t arrived we shipped another, no questions asked. Funny how fast ppl blame and trash small businesses without a second thought & how slow they are to fix or even admit when they’re wrong. Got two Fitbits for the price of one and THEN got a refund…yet we’re the issue? Lol. Made no attempts to pay what you owed after the fact either.
