I knew this was a customer return as it was my 2nd pillow purchased from them! 1st one arrived in perfect shape! This one had mutiple dirt and make up spots, a funky fish odor and lots of black hairs!!(Yuck) I was leaving and didn't have time for a return and they never offered a label for the return so I washed and cleaned with bleach and made a dog bed to donate! Enjoy my $22.95 I hope you do something nice with it. Buyer Beware!!!
