Item was ordered on a Sunday, due to arrive Wednesday. Never did. Contacted vendor daily & after svral days finally admits there was a shipping problem. However from tracking info believe 'last one' was shipped to another customer. Reply was limited from vendor should have been more responsive but in end, did refund my $.. problem is it cost me several days Uber and taxis with a car down and a promised delivery of a vital part.

As a follow up - the vendor did willingly refund my $ very quickly and did contact me daily, I just wish it had been more forthcoming with Details if requested. instead of 4 word sentences. I knew ahead of time there was an issue and feel like it was ignored. I could be wrong, so after a cooling down period, I've decided I should give the business the benefit of the doubt if only to be fair, I was not any way hassled. So pls send me a Review Revision I'll be glad to update it accordingly.
