I thought I was dealing with eBay, as they had my corrected email address for Sitka, Alaska. Since, I had not dealt with you, they are the ones supplying the mailing address, to the sellers.
I’m sorry you are the one that gets the criticisms or accolades, as I thought I was directing my evaluation at eBay. So I’m still confused, making the appraisal as “ neutral”.

Buyer made two purchases. One order was to be sent to Arizona address, the other to Alaska address. There was no message from buyer to ask or request otherwise. I'm not a mind reader. I sent each order to the addresses provided by the buyer. Buyer is obviously one that lacks personal responsibility.

Item was lost in post office, for 5 days. When showed the tracking #, with delivery date and time of day, the clerk went to look for it. The item was found( not in the P.O. Box) and given to me, by the clerk. Thanks, for using tracking #s. I never contacted the seller, as it was a USPS problem.

I am so pleased with my converted VHS tape to digital and multiple 8 mm films. All were converted onto a USB drive which worked well for my Mac. It was easy to then edit all of the files and upload them to YouTube. My family is SO excited to see these family memories from 50+ years ago! Thanks for your great work, communication and going the extra mile - plus getting it here within 4 weeks which would be unheard of for those bigger companies. I highly recommend & the cost was more than 50% less!
