Item was folded for shipping and made a large crease. I immediately contacted the seller and they responded with “I said it would be folded for shipping, how can I make you happy?” I referred back to the original listing and it said “will be gently rolled for shipping. I asked to either return the item or get some money off from original purchase. I didn’t even state the amount of refund and left to seller discretion. Needless to say, I haven’t heard back since and it’s been a week.
