The box in which the figure comes was open and the figure itself was also open. The seller says that the problem was the parcel service, but the package in which it came was in perfect condition and the figure was well protected. The problem was the condition in which the figure was sent from the beginning. The photos show how the figure is pre-opened and the truth is that I recommend this seller if you don't mind if the figure arrives
