It would have been better if the Aluminium powder came in a more secure package like in the photo the envelope it came in was leaking when I got it how much I lost only god knows.

Hi the only photo is of a painted shape and the pigment bags we supply the pigments in are how they have been supplied since 2008 without any really issue.
You have also not made any contact with us regarding this issue and if we are not aware then we wouldnt have been able to offer any resolution.
