Item arrived. I had the wig made and found the cap had very uncomfortable material in a certain part of the cap. This was disappointing as I have ordered previously from this seller and the caps in the past were fine. Instead of the seller to offer an exchange or refund, knowing that I’ve had to pay for the wig to be remade. The seller has refused a refund because the item cannot be resold to another customer. The item is literally DEFECTIVE. Poor customer service skills and just rude.

Sorry to have disappointed you in this instance, used inner caps cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, this is standard practice. When you buy an item and you don't like it for different reasons it is ok to return, but not when it has been used to make a wig.
