Dishonest about the condition of the jumper. It smelt musty, was felted and covered in snags and bobbles. I have the same jumper as a round neck so I know how it is meant to look and feel. This Celtic & co jumper is only fit for the rag bag. Be honest with your descriptions in future.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that the jumper did not meet your expectation. We have received and inspected the return closely and, with all due respect, we object your description. We also have other Celtic & Co. jumpers, and they are indeed all in a similar condition, worn but perfectly good. We also compared the sold item to a new jumper by Celctic & Co. and can confirm only a slight difference. We therefore feel that this negative feedback is unjustifiably harsh.
