First, the phone is sold as 256gb duel sim when it is not. Upon receiving the phone and going to multiple carriers i can confirm that the phone has only 64gb.
Secondly, the phone is dirty. It is a wiped phone and therefore the software that was put on top is not compatible. The phone wouldn't connect to any Bluetooth devices, wouldn't send or receive text messages and the device was not acting right - there was a constant delay when using.
