Yes they tunnel from being rolled and shipped due to the backing paper not sticking to the transfer tape. It's designed not to stick to it to make it possible to pull the vinyl off it. If you followed the instructions to do a wet install there would have been no bubbles. With any vinyl, the thinner it is the better and more expensive it is. ALL adhesive vinyl is 2.5-3 mil thick. You got the 3mil, so you got the thickest adhesive vinyl made for decals.
