I was a little nervous about this purchase but all was fine and customer services answered the phone very promptly when I had a query..... Only slight issue was the Black handle on the water carrier, there was no way this would fit out of the box so had to do some mechanical work on the fittings to make it fit. Performance of the unit a pleasant positive surprise for the best and now my solar panels and conservatory roof much cleaner.
