Contacted the seller to let them know that the dress didn’t look or feel authentic and not true to size as all the other dresses from the same designer . Seller answer was = We don’t manufacture we just sell !!! Did not stand behind their merchandise quality and didn’t return the dress . Think twice before making a purchase with this seller!

I was really excited about purchasing this “new” dress. Upon receiving the dress I found that it had a broken zipper. It took a long time to get to a refund, but with the support of eBay customer service I did eventually get refunded by the seller.
The seller would respond immediately then not respond for a week at a time so it was quite difficult to sort out this issue.
Unfortunately I would not recommend buying from this seller. I do not believe the dress I purchased was new.

This is my first negative feedback on eBay! Because this is my first awful experience and I am a use for a long time. The item that this seller sold was damaged. I requested a return and it was accepted. But shipping label was not provided. I contacted seller number of times and received just one response that it was provided. I sent screenshot showing that it was not. Would not recommend this seller! Do not understand why is so difficult to do what they actually are supposed to do.
