I returned this item because it was clearly used. About 1/4 of product was missing and was all over the neck if the bottle and specks on the box. I packed it extra secure and sent it back. Seller offered me 5.00 to keep it. Seller opened a case with eBay and said I used it, bottle was basically empty. I had it for 15 minutes before I sent it back. This seller sells a lot of used cosmetics, very unsanitary practice, but this was listed as NEW. Buyer beware. Ebay issued a refund.
