The previously failed buttons were back to work as responsive as the others. Cassettes from type-I to type IV, all sounded great. The quality of the repair work was beyond my expectations. Thank you so much.

When the player was finally returned, it still had the same issue as before. No partial or full refund was offered. I was told to send it back again, but when I asked the best way to return it, I received no response for over a week. Very disappointed with the entire experience.
