Listed used and marked products as brand new. They did accept a return but ignored my messages thereafter until they had their items back. Would not use again. Poor products, poor communication, poor service all round.

Total bag of lies! The shafts were new, we even prepped the tips and provided shaft ferrules. We accepted the return happily when he was not happy with some minor sticker or old rubber band stuck to the shaft and he did not attempt to clean it off and expected storage marks. We communicated the whole time and even arranged DPD collection via courier and immediately refunded in full when received! This is a angry horrible person to deal with and we have blocked from future purchases.
