Overall, my experience was very good. Communications were great and the seller was fantastic. However, someone at UPS stole my crossbow!
Seller got involved immediately after the UPS investigation, which found the box and no contents. Per UPS, the box was discarded & the investigation was closed. I know that UPS monitors all the activity in the business from cameras to GPS so they know who took it but they don’t pursue it .
The seller got me a quick refund, but we both got screwed by UPS
