The item was broken on receipt. This is the 2nd experience with receiving an item that was broken, both of them were Burleigh Blue Calico dishware. If we can't get them shipped properly by ebay sellers, we'll have to purchase from Replacements. Also, when asked to leave feedback, it automatically leaves a positive response and no way to leave negative feedback with pictures of the item. This is not right.

I'm sorry that your coffee pot hasn't arrived safely. I recommend that you request a refund & EBAY will reimburse you. This item was received in good condition by EBAY & the damage must have occurred during export from UK to your country & as such will be covered by EBAY's Global shipping programme.
