The picture is different green than when received it. The sunlight in the picture fools you. They say they take returns but they actually only give you a partial refund and they make you pay for shipping along with a snotty comment.

We take free returns for our bongs and pipes, but we do not take returns for downstem and bowls due to the high frequency of "wrong size" returns. This is the second one i have purchased in the last 3 weeks. That means i like it a lot. The stock diffuser stem that came stock had 6 slits. It did okay but it was a chugger. This one creates far more smaller bubbles, way more smooth hits. Its pretty amazing how something as simple as a stem change can improve the draw. Cheers. Fast delivery at a good price.
