Unbelieve i paid for the item waiting for it to come in and the seller telling he was waiting on me since I ask for a custom color but he wrote he dont do that so he does solid color ok and it show its white so send white I already paid for it,its like wow and I had to write where is my item and now he answer back like wow

He requested a different color, without asking if its available.we messaged no reponse.now he is mad coz we didnt ship the item,what do you want us to ship?RANDOM ITEM?communication is the key,we are not going to send a random item without consent from buyer,we tried to fix it and refund him. But he is too BEASTMODE and mad cursing me, still we refund him even his attitude was bad. I just found out too that he always leaving bad feedbacks, one store owner called me.
