I purchased and used the eBay PSA sub option, but the authenticator sent me images of the damage. My only options were to continue with the PSA sub, or cancel the sale. With new info the card was no longer grade worthy. I tried to reach out to repurchase the card without PSA service, but the seller had immediately blocked me over the outcome. Listed a damaged card as mint, then I get blocked for addressing it? Avoid.
