Very pleased! Cable modem was delivered well ahead of schedule and in excellent condition. Packaging was secure, and delivery was fast. I called Optimum, advised about the change of equipment and provided the CMAC address of the new modem. Modem was activated quickly and I'm thrilled with the speed improvement! Using an older TM822 modem, I was getting about 50Mbps. With this new TM3402A, I'm now getting about 300Mbps (I'm subscribed for 300Mpbs service). Thanks for fast service and delivery!
