I ordered this on 18 May. The order details from eBay said the order would arrive by 25 May. In reality it wasn’t dispatched until 27 May (i.e. after the arrival date) - and even then, the dispatch date was a Bank holiday, when the post office was shut, so the working dispatch date was 28 May. In future, if you’re going to be late in dispatching an order, do the customer the courtesy of telling them this - and giving them the option of cancelling.
