      They advertise parts soiled and almost gone, and after 50 some days they tell me it's a repair shop, that's not right in my book

      Not correct at all. This is a "REPAIR SERVICE" not a part. The Ebay listing is very detailed in what you are paying for up front. We rely on you sending us your part in order to repair it. There is no indication that we will be sending any replacement unit. Complete replacement units are about double the cost of the repair and can be found in our Ebay Store.
