    Finally got a reply. I m upset about the breakage but more the attitude he refused to take responsibility for the horrible packing just a few paper towels and some flimsy wrapping paper whoever would wrap porcelain figurines in a box without foam or bubble wrap. He weaseled out of it saying it was insured. Big deal! Still no figurines. I threw it all out he said I should take it up with post office he was not responsible.
