    These bobbin cases work well in my Singer 6212c, but not in my Singer 513: the point of the hook scrapes the underside of the bobbin case as it rotates, despite carefully adjusting thread clearances around the bobbin case according to specs. There's no interference problem with the original bobbin case in the Singer 513. The Singer service manuals call for bobbin cases 310885 for the Model 513, and 421325 for the Model 6212, so the slight differences in part numbers may signify dimensions.
