Rude seller use at your own risk. Paid $8 for shipping a tiny 1 gram toy part. Item was a week late and tracking said item was out for delivery in Texas (that is across the country from me) Open a case for "item not received" and get several rude emails from seller one of them stating: "How can you open up a case for item not received when you haven't even received the item" I KID YOU NOT YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP. Closed the case to shut him up and now no item or refund.

You did make it all up. All I tried to do was make him/her understand how the system works. He had tracking all the time so knew where it was, just look. eBay shipping is the problem here not me or my tires.
